Payment Policy

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, processing times, and conditions that apply when a customer accepts a final offer from Goldadex.

1. Available Payment Methods

Customers may choose from the following payment methods, subject to availability and verification:

• Check

• ACH or direct deposit

• Zelle

Goldadex may add, remove, or temporarily restrict a payment method when necessary for security, compliance, technical, or operational reasons.

2. Payment Selection

Customers must select an available payment method and provide all information required to complete the payment.

The name associated with the selected payment method may be required to match the verified name of the customer who submitted the items and accepted the offer.

Goldadex may request additional identity, address, banking, or transaction verification before sending payment.

3.  Payment Processing Time

Goldadex will generally send or initiate payment within 24 to 48 business hours after the customer:

• Accepts the final offer.

• Selects a payment method.

• Provides complete and accurate payment information.

• Completes any required identity or transaction verification.

Weekends, federal holidays, banking closures, technical interruptions, security reviews, or incomplete customer information may delay processing.

The 24-to-48-business-hour period refers to the time in which Goldadex sends or initiates payment. It does not guarantee when a bank, payment provider, or postal carrier will deliver or make the funds available to the customer.

4.  Payment by Check

Customers who select payment by check must provide a complete and accurate mailing address.

Goldadex will mail the check to the verified address associated with the transaction unless Goldadex approves another address.

Delivery time depends on the postal carrier and is separate from Goldadex’s payment-processing period. Goldadex is not responsible for postal delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a check is lost, damaged, or not received, the customer should contact Goldadex. Goldadex may place a stop payment on the original check and issue a replacement after completing any required investigation and verification.

Replacement checks may be subject to additional processing time.

5. Payment by ACH or Direct Deposit

Customers who select ACH or direct deposit must provide accurate bank-account and routing information.

Once Goldadex initiates the payment, the customer’s financial institution controls the time required to process and make the funds available. Bank-processing times may vary.

Goldadex is not responsible for delays, rejections, returned payments, or losses caused by inaccurate banking information provided by the customer, restrictions placed by the customer’s financial institution, or circumstances outside Goldadex’s reasonable control.

If an ACH payment is rejected or returned, Goldadex will contact the customer to verify the information or arrange another available payment method.

6. Payment by Zelle

Customers who select Zelle must provide the correct email address or mobile telephone number connected to their Zelle account.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the information provided belongs to them and is properly enrolled with Zelle.

Zelle payments may be subject to transaction limits, security reviews, processing restrictions, or delays imposed by participating financial institutions. If the payment amount exceeds an applicable limit, Goldadex may divide the payment into multiple transactions or request that the customer select another available payment method.

Goldadex is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, or payments sent to incorrect account information provided by the customer.

7. No Goldadex Processing Fees

Goldadex does not charge customers a processing fee for receiving payment by check, ACH or direct deposit, or Zelle.

A customer’s bank, financial institution, mobile carrier, or payment provider may impose its own fees, restrictions, or charges. Goldadex does not control and is not responsible for third-party fees.

8. Accuracy of Payment Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all payment information before submitting it to Goldadex.

Goldadex may rely on the information provided by the customer. Goldadex is not responsible for a payment delay, rejection, or misdirection caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted by the customer.

Customers must immediately notify Goldadex if they discover an error. Goldadex will make reasonable efforts to correct the information if payment has not already been sent or initiated.

9. When a Transaction Becomes Final

A customer may contact Goldadex to request cancellation of an accepted offer before payment has been sent or initiated.

Once Goldadex sends, transmits, initiates, or mails the payment, the transaction is final and cannot be canceled. At that time, ownership and all rights to the accepted items transfer to Goldadex.

Goldadex may then process, resell, recycle, refine, melt, or otherwise handle the purchased items at its discretion.

10. Failed, Rejected, or Returned Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, is rejected, or is returned, Goldadex will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

The customer may be required to provide corrected information, complete additional verification, or select another available payment method.

A failed or returned payment does not increase the amount owed to the customer. Goldadex will remain responsible for the accepted offer amount unless the payment has already been successfully completed or otherwise resolved.

11. Fraud Prevention and Legal Compliance

Goldadex may delay or withhold payment while investigating suspected fraud, identity theft, stolen property, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information, or activity that may violate applicable law.

Goldadex may request identification, proof of ownership, banking verification, or other supporting documentation before payment is released.

Goldadex may report or provide information about suspicious transactions to financial institutions, payment providers, law enforcement agencies, or government authorities when required or permitted by law.

12. Policy Changes

Goldadex may update this Payment Policy periodically. Changes will apply to transactions initiated after the updated policy is posted unless otherwise required by law.
